Five EDM Tracks For A Happy Halloween

October 31, 2013

Article by Spike Wellz

Happy Halloween House Heads.  The weekend is packed with Haunted shows all over the country from Vegas and Chicago, to New York and  Miami.  With the annual DJ Mag releasing their top 100 DJ’s for the year, I decided to drop a track from each of the top five DJ’s.  Enjoy the mischief and magic!

Mark Knight & Funkagenda - Man With The Red Face (Hardwell Remix) - OUT NOW! by HARDWELL

Hardwell revisits a classic by remixing Mark Knight and Funkagenda’s collaborative rendition of “Man With The Red Face” which was originally released over 5 years ago.  The dutch heavyweight provides plenty of big room energy that is accompanied by full-bodied synths in this rework that is perfect for the club floor.

Armin van Buuren feat. Cindy Alma - Beautiful Life (Kat Krazy Remix) [Preview] by Armin van Buuren

Official Video:

The king of Trance delivers his second single from his album “Intense”.  The electro house record, with original vocals by Kat Krazy, will be sure to sweep over his global armada, near and far.

Avicii - Addicted To You (Original Mix) by Avicii - True Full Album

Coming off of his much scrutinized and unbounded first album, Tim draws emotion with instruments more often catered for happier times with “Addicted to You”.  Audra Mae’s passionate indie-inspired vocals paint this progressive indie-house hit.

Tiësto ft Kyler England - Take Me (Alex Balog Remix) by Tiësto

A festival main stage bomb all the way, Tiesto’s “Take Me” is a wonderfully atmospheric track.  Kyler England provides the soulful vocals that will lift us off into the stratosphere.

David Guetta feat. Ne-Yo & Akon - Play Hard (R3hab Remix) by David Guetta

A pure poppy party track, R3hab unleashes a play hard sound on this remix.  The chorus (title of track) is something everyone can relate and sing to.

Bonus Track:

Thomas Gold ft. Kaelyn Behr - Remember (Pete Tong BBC Radio 1) by Axtone Music

Even though it seems a bit late to only be releasing his first produced track of the year, Thomas Gold has certainly been busy with podcasts, touring, and production.  “Remember” (an Axtone Record) encompasses orchestral builds around Kaelyn Behr’s vocals while providing frantic percussion and synths throughout.
