VFD Sports Marketing Client Taichi Panda Featured On Octagon Mat At UFC 190

August 11, 2015

Ronda Rousey not only knocked out Bethe Correia in assaulting fashion at UFC 190, but she’s also now the newest spokesperson for Taichi Panda, a mobile fighting game that was featured on the Octagon mat last Saturday in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. VFD Sports Marketing brokered the deal with the UFC to get the fast rising action game prime real estate for one of the biggest events of the year.

Ronda Rousey is as hot as they get when it comes to sports marketing properties. She can carry an entire card herself while defeating her opponents in less than a minute each. The Brazilian crowd did not boo the champion Rousey out of respect for her skill and her respect for the crowd. There’s realness to Ronda that you don’t see very much these days, and her partnership with Taichi Panda makes sense because of its fighting parallels to her life and MMA career.

The big question is who is Ronda’s next opponent? With rumors floating around about a McGregor/Aldo, Rousey/?? Card, the sky may be the limit.

VFD, a Miami based sports marketing agency, gives brands the opportunity to capitalize on the growing popularity of MMA and the UFC.
