Travis Browne Destroys Josh Barnett At UFC 168, Wins KO Of The Night

December 29, 2013

Travis Browne has once again proved he’s a top force in the UFC Heavyweight division, this time defeating the legendary Josh Barnett via strikes, early in the first round.

Hapa dominated the fight from start to finish, once again using his lethal elbows from the clinch to TKO Barnett. Fans and media members alike are all now claiming that Browne has what it takes to go all the way to the title, which by all measures would be an amazing achievement, since the Jackson-Winkeljohn’s product is competing only 6 years as a professional MMA fighter.

Browne’s victory earned him the prestigious KO of the Night award and a shot at the #1 Contender spot against Fabricio Werdum. It is yet to be determined when and where Browne and Werdum will square off, yet, fans can safely expect fireworks when Travis Browne steps inside the Octagon once again.
